Chassis Specification

This horse box is a 2003 DAF LF 45.150 and comes with some good service history. The non-tilt cab has 3 seats, air brakes, electric windows a CD player. It shows 159,000 miles, has a current test until March 2020 though at asking price, will be provided with a new test.

Living Area

The living area is accessed via an external groom’s door which brings you in between two comfortable bench seats, each across the full width of the vehicle. A fold down / up table allows flexibility for eating, or more space in the area when changing. A luton above the cab provides sleeping for 1 – 2 people. There are multiple LED lights in the living area and a lockable door takes you directly into the horse area. There is the option to add a fitted kitchen and cab cut through at an additional cost if desired.


One of the stalls in the horse area currently contains two saddle racks and 3 bridle hooks and can be used for storage.

Horse Area

The horse area has two vent windows, along with three internal tie rings and a hardwood floor in good condition. The horse area is accessed via a ramp at the rear of the vehicle. There are two partitions to allow you to stall 3 horses travelling herringbone; one stall is currently used for storage. Both partitions are three quarter height, solid to the floor. They are adjustable, removable and one side of each is reinforced with stock board.
